Tomi Lahren’s Struggle U.S. Flag Halloween Costume Gets Shredded On Twitter

Tomi Lahren is either a troll or really believes some of her Right Wing bombast, so much to the point that she’s draped herself in the American Flag as a Halloween get-up. While Lahren professes to be all about America and the country first, her outfit choice may actually violate a stated law regarding and folks on Twitter are letting her have it.

CBS News writes:

The Instagram photo shows Lahren wearing a star spangled cape-like garment as part of an outfit that included a red tutu, a flag themed fanny pack and a top bearing President Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” campaign slogan.

Some accused the Fox News contributor of being disrespectful of the flag, including Trump administration critic Keith Olbermann, who claimed her costume was in violation of U.S. flag code. Olbermann wrote in a tweet, “The flag should never be used as wearing apparel…”

Donald Trump Jr. shot back with a picture of Olbermann draped in a flag on the cover of his new book. He tweeted, “Life is hard; it’s even harder when you’re stupid.”

Since the photo was posted just days ago, discussion about Lahren’s choice, and the statements made in the caption have been debated and bandied about. We collected some of the sharpest criticisms of Tomi Lahren’s outfit choice below and on the following pages.

The Met’s Costume Institute Said Eyeing Fashion and Religion for Next Year’s Exhibition

KEEPING THE FAITH: In these politically charged times, it appears that the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute isn’t afraid to take on its own controversial topics.
Fashion and religion will be the theme of next year’s major exhibition, according to multiple sources, including a few who said they have been privy to preliminary discussions. A Met spokeswoman declined to comment Friday.
With the May opening still many months away, the planning is still in the very early stages. Sources describe the project as serious and ambitious, and it is understood the idea was hatched long before the current “Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons: The Art of the In-Between” show, slated to close Sept. 4. A host of European designers have referenced religion in their collections, including the likes of Jean Paul Gaultier, John Galliano and Riccardo Tisci. The likeness of the Madonna has been appropriated by Dolce & Gabbana, and the iconography of Jesus has been featured in Jeremy Scott’s collection. Prabal Gurung once brought Buddhist monks to his runway.
In recent years, the Costume Institute exhibitions have been major blockbusters for The Met. Last year’s “Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology” attracted 752,995 visitors, making it the museum’s seventh

The most fearsome Halloween nightmare has nothing to do with ghouls, goblins, or even the undead—it has to do with costumes, of course. That is a real-world terror any sane woman is keen to avoid.

So, on this All Hallows’ Eve, ditch the bag costumes and turn your eye to the Spring 2016 runways, where designers from Marc Jacobs to Vetements provide inspiration for how to turn some of Halloween’s most iconic costumes into jaw-dropping looks. Fargo’s Costume Designer on Turning Kirsten Dunst Into a Small-Town ’70s Hairdresser

fargo season two

A note to those who haven’t seen the first season of FX’s dark horse triumph Fargo: Rectify that, posthaste. The series, loosely inspired by the iconic Coen brothers feature of the same name (the pair serve as executive producers), took the movie’s familiar themes of murder and deceit in a tiny Midwestern town and spun them into a darkly comic program with a powerhouse cast including Billy Bob Thornton and Martin Freeman.

Tonight Fargo will kick off with a new cast and new plotlines, for the prequel to last season set in 1979 and headed up by Kirsten Dunst as Peggy, a hairdresser with big dreams. Almost as big as her ambitions? The scope of Peggy’s ultra-’70s wardrobe, which marries her mundane small-town reality with Technicolor dreams of Hollywood. We caught up with the show’s costume designer, Carol Case, to talk about fashion’s lately adopted love of the decade and how to dress a cast for months spent shooting in the dead of a Canadian winter.

Could you speak about working within the aesthetic framework of 1979 North Dakota?
We think of the ’70s and we think of either pieces we remember or photographs of our parents. It’s got a specific feeling to it, and it’s hard with our modern eye—the real stuff from the ’70s tends to look like a caricature of itself because we’re looking at it from 2015. I think that was a big challenge for us because the colors are so hard, to find combinations that work well for different people—although this season [in fashion] there’s all that ’70s revival stuff, so it’s coming back.

Fashion has always loved the ’70s, but in the past couple of seasons that influence has really exploded on the runways. Did that make your job easier in any way?
It was good to see it all coming back and see it again through [modern] eyes. We didn’t use a lot of modern, ’70s-inspired pieces, but we did use a few, particularly things like footwear and accessories.  We ended up building a lot of the stuff, especially for the women. Those high-waisted pants and that sort of stuff needs a lot more fitting than your Lululemon yoga pants.

Photo: Chris Large / FX © 2015 FX Networks. All Rights Reserved.

Could you speak about how you sourced the costumes?
For as much as we possibly could, we use vintage. We started up purchasing a lot of vintage stuff months in advance, so we ended up with quite a large collection. But the problem with vintage is the weather—a lot of the vintage that’s available is not for Minnesota winters or North Dakota winters, definitely not for Canadian winters. Our leads we built things for. My mom, in her basement, had a big stack of 1970s Simplicity sewing patterns, and the sewing room had a great time with that. You can’t believe the fits or how things really were done. I also was quite lucky, because I had a fair amount of prep [time]. We also found a couple of stores that had deadstock that was literally from the 1970s, so we were able to source a bunch of parkas and men’s suits.

Shooting in the dead of winter in Calgary, did you have the cast in Thinsulate under their vintage pieces?
Oh, absolutely! Everybody had several choices of long underwear. [There’s] “it’s-sort-of-cold” weather, and there’s “freezing-I-might-die-in-the-cold.” We were lucky for season two that the winter wasn’t as cold. [In season one] we had to stop filming a couple of times. The coats that we made for Kirsten Dunst, we put extra lining and some more modern technology fabrics inside.

Kirsten Dunst is quite a fashion fan. What was it like dressing her? Did she have a lot of input when it came to her costumes?
It was a lot of fun. She bought into the whole ’70s thing. She was in my fitting room for hours, literally, playing dress-up. On the same side, she was very respectful of my input. It was a good collaboration between the two of us. I would send pictures back and forth, and we would talk about things that worked for both of us.

Even after seeing only the first two episodes of the new season, Peggy [Dunst’s character] seems like one of the show’s most interesting figures, style-wise. What did you most want to convey about her personality through those choices?
We wanted everyone to realize that although she’s in this small town, she has bigger dreams and aspirations. In one of the first scenes that we see her in, she’s got stacks of fashion magazines. She dreams about going to L.A., about a world that’s much bigger than the world she has. We wanted to convey that, but also, she still lives in a small town in North Dakota and she doesn’t have unlimited finances, so she’s not going to New York and buying things. It’s figuring out how to do the looks she wants but in her small world.

Harold Koda to Retire from Costume Institute Next Year

ON A HIGH NOTE: Like everything he does behind the scenes as well as in the public eye, Harold Koda, curator in charge of the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, is meticulously preparing for his retirement in the early part of next year.
A Costume Institute spokeswoman declined to comment Monday, but Koda confirmed his plans. Having returned in 2000 at the request of former director Philippe de Montebello to oversee the Costume Institute’s de-concessioning, Koda’s first four-year run there was under the guardianship of his predecessor, the late Richard Martin.
Up to his elbows working on the upcoming Jacqueline de Ribes exhibition, Koda was far from wistful. Energized by the Met’s surging attendance for “China: Through the Looking Glass,” Koda said he, Andrew Bolton, their 30-person team and the institution are working closely to ensure that there is no disruption in the various programs that are planned. He also said — repeatedly — that the transition is set to be as seamless as possible.
“Incredibly fun” as the exhibitions and other publicized aspects of his job are, Koda said he actually prefers the behind-the-scenes elements or as he put it “sort of the unglamorous part.” Singling out the 2008

PETA To Make A Killing Off Dentist-Slaying Lion Costume?

Minnesota dentist Walter Palmer has been chewed out since he killed Cecil the Lion in in Zimbabwe in July.

Now animal-rights group PETA has turned it into their own big game with a Halloween costume that depicts a dentist getting attacked and eaten by the king of the jungle.

The costume, called “Cecil’s Revenge,” sells for $ 139,99 and includes a bloody lab jacket with a stuffed lion pouncing on the back, according to a press release.

Customers can add to the effect by accessorizing with their own toothbrush, dental drill or bow and arrow.

“As animals continue to die in agony at the hands of trophy hunters, it’s only fitting for people to make fun of Palmer for his illegal, violent pursuit,” People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals president Ingrid Newkirk said in the release.

The carnivorous costume is a fundraiser for the organization.

A few days ago, Costumeish.com, a southern California-based costume company revealed it’s selling  an outfit depicting Palmer killing Cecil.

Newkirk approves of that costume even though it depicts Palmer killing Cecil.

“Nasty little people try to make themselves feel good by killing wild animals who are minding their own business, so we at PETA think it most fitting that people make fun of the dentist for his sick, illegal pursuit by fashioning a hideous Halloween costume after him, as they would after Freddy Krueger or Jason,” she told HuffPost by email.

The Met’s Costume Institute Breaks Attendance Record With ‘China: Through the Looking Glass’

FOR THE RECORD: The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute has turned up its own summer blockbuster. Over the weekend, “China: Through the Looking Glass” shattered the record-breaking attendance figures for the 2011 exhibition “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty.” As of Sunday afternoon, the Andrew Bolton-curated China show had attracted 671,234 visitors, making it The Costume Institute’s most attended exhibition ever. With three weeks to go until its Labor Day closing, the China exhibition may still gain ground on the Met’s other Top 10 visited exhibitions. The McQueen one ranked eighth with 661,509 visitors.
Given “China: Through the Looking Glass’” cross-cultural appeal – designers from around the globe are represented – it is not surprising that museum-goers speaking a variety of languages can be heard in the show’s 16 different galleries. Creative input from artistic director Wong Kar Wai is artistic director and production designer Nathan Crowley no doubt helped drum up interest. The Met is also favorite stop for many of the city’s estimated 55 million annual visitors. For fiscal year 2015 that ended June 30, The Met welcomed 6.3 people, according to a museum spokeswoman. And unlike the McQueen show, which often left many biding their time in line in

Your Favorite Bohemian Garb Is Actually Traditional Ukrainian Costume

VitaKin Kilimi

Ukraine has been in the forefront of international thought a lot recently (and not for particularly pleasant reasons), but its reach has extended far beyond the front page—whether you were aware or not, the Ukrainian influence has fully arrived in our closets. Think that groovy boho embroidered peasant blouse was nationless? Think again. Whether it’s festival girl du jour Alexa Chung, wearing an embroidered peasant shirt hailing from the Eastern European region with a pair of denim cut-offs, or the Slavic red patterns on the runway at Valentino spring 2015 couture (complete with models sporting traditional braid crowns), Ukrainian traditional costume has knowingly and unknowingly permeated fashion for years, and now the spotlight on the country’s aesthetic is in full swing once again. Only this time, it’s hailing from the motherland.

Leandra Medine

Expand

Photo: Courtesy of Leandra Medine / @manrepeller

The sudden rise and appreciation of Ukrainian traditional dress on an international level can be credited to Vita Kin, the designer of Vyshyvanka by Vita Kin, who uses the name for the traditional Ukrainian blouse, a vyshyvanka, in her label’s name. Recently, the designer has become an international sensation, with local fashion fixtures like Asya Mkhitaryan wearing the designer’s version of a zhupan (a traditional Ukrainian jacket) to Paris Fashion Week, while street style stars like Anna Dello Russo and Leandra Medine are taking the bucolic style from the countryside onto Western asphalt. “Ukrainians have a unique method of decorating clothing with embroidery, and that’s always impressed me,” says Kin about her designs via email. “I adapted this ancient heritage into a modern context, adding a seventies vibe, when clothing was more relaxed and friendly. It’s a bohemian eccentricity in a very luxe execution.” That execution is her distinctly modern translations of the straight-from-the-village vyshyvanka in shades of marmalade with crude scenes of birds and flowers in a thigh-skimming sky blue dress, or in a full length frock replete with Gzhel style embroidery soon to be sold on an international platform (courtesy of Matches) and in Kiev-based concept stores. For a bit of context, a few years ago the idea of a Ukrainian citizen wearing traditional costume on the street was considered costume at best, a dowdy faux pas at worst. Flash forward to this month, where due to the quick rise of requests, Kin is overwhelmed with interest, and can no longer accommodate individual orders or samples for shoots.

Caraway

Expand

Photo: Courtesy of Caraway

The recent frenzy over Kin’s designs aside, it’s worth considering whether the rise of Ukrainian traditional costume in fashion is more than just au courant street-style bait. Historically, Ukrainians have attempted to separate themselves from the perception of their country as only “Little Russia,” especially now, when the political state is one of unrest (from the demonstrations in Maidan square to Russia’s invasion of Crimea). There is a school of thought that the recent use of Ukrainian dress isn’t just a fashion statement, it’s a unifying statement. “I think that all type of vyshyvankas are extremely beautiful and I am proud to see people wearing them, but to me fashion in the sense of culture is not about obvious references,” says Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days creative director Daria Shapovalova, “I think [traditional dress] is connected to the fact that Ukraine is experiencing this moment in politics.”

Expand

Photo: Courtesy of Adriano Cisani / whatastreet.com / @whatastreet

As for those “not so obvious” interpretations of Ukrainian natural dress, they exist in the avant-garde frontier of Ukrainian fashion. There is Karavay (a label beloved by Ukrainian editors) who keeps their clothing classic, dotting the arms and bust of a black diaphanous gown with delicate Slavic-style embroidery of flowers, or translates the traditional pattern onto a tight, curve-skimming zip-up dress. There are also the more abstract interpretations, like those from Ukrainian designer Ksenia Marchenko of Ksenia Schnaider, who pixelates and enlarges traditional Slavic patterns, sometimes while still utilizing typical curve-emphasizing Ukrainian silhouettes. “Being inspired by Ukrainian traditions is huge trend now here. Our prints from spring 2015 and fall 2016 were our answer to the situation in Ukraine, revolution and war,” says Marchenko. “When designing prints for our collections, [design partner] Anton Schnaider was thinking about the perception of Ukraine in global minds. The idea of uncertainty of all things Ukrainian is transferred through the use of blurred traditional Ukrainian ornaments.” But one thing that is decidedly still in focus, at least when it comes to Ukrainian fashion? Traditional roots are here to stay, whether it is in Kiev—or Paris.

Oscar Winning Costume Designer Colleen Atwood Vies For Yet Another Nomination

You might not know her by name, but costume designer Colleen Atwood’s visual impact on the silver screen has hardly gone unnoticed. A frequent collaborator with heavy hitters Tim Burton, Jonathan Demme and Rob Marshall, Atwood has lent her creative talent to more than 60 feature films, including “Edward Scissorhands,” “Beloved” and “Silence of the Lambs.” She’s picked up three Academy Awards for Best Costume Design (“Chicago,” “Memoirs of a Geisha” and “Alice in Wonderland”), with another seven nominations. And she shows no signs of stopping there.

“I moved to New York in 1980 with $ 800,” she told The Huffington Post. “I sewed labels on for bespoke designers in SoHo.” Her technical skills would quickly improve as she’s become known for inconceivably intricate designs and brilliant, one-of-a-kind pieces. Honored recently at the Middleburg Film Festival, Atwood received the Distinguished Costume Designer award.

Atwood’s latest project embodies her strengths, creating far more elaborate designs than fans would recognize from a stage production of Stephen Sondheim’s “Into the Woods.” “The trickiest aspect of about ‘Into the Woods,’ and the thing that changed when it became a Disney film, is that Little Red was played by an adult [on Broadway] and in the film she is played by a child,” Atwood explained.

Rob Marshall, director of the ambitious and star-studded adaptation of “Into the Woods,” in theaters Dec. 25, has had the good fortune to join forces with Atwood on numerous occasions.

“Johnny [Depp] was actually very involved in the creation of [his costume],” Marshall told HuffPost, “because he is a creative force, obviously. He was very inspired by the wolf of the cartoons of Tex Avery from the ’40s, where the Wolf is dressed in a zoot suit and a fedora, and it’s like a wolf in sheep’s clothing.”

“In costuming, a lot of actors dread the fitting — a new form of punishment — but once they’re in the room they love it,” Atwood said. “It’s about presenting a point of view. In a fitting, you can see right away whats not working for an actor.”

For “Into the Woods,” Marshall used Atwood’s longstanding relationship with Depp to his advantage. “[Atwood and Depp] have worked together on everything from ‘Edward Scissorhands’ to ‘Alice in Wonderland,’ they’ve done a million movies together and I’ve done a million movies with Colleen. So, we were able to find our stylized version of the Wolf, and let Johnny play it.”

Atwood reiterated Depp’s influence in the design process: “Johnny has a certain intuitive sense of style and character that is definitely something he owns,” she said. “I’ve known Johnny for 20 years, so I’ve seen Johnny become Johnny, in a way. In designing for him, I try to give him little magical things: for instance, when I did ‘Alice,’ thimbles for his fingers and a pin cushion ring I found on eBay.”

These “magical things” foster the talent’s eccentricities, Atwood explained, offering something more prominent costume pieces do not. “I don’t particularly like films where I have to go shopping and go through 25 people to decide which white blouse is the right white blouse,” she said. “That’s not for me.”

She’s managed to avoid being pigeonholed throughout her decades-long career, designing costumes for everything from ballets to commercials. But Atwood admits her most remarkable creations have appeared in Burton’s films, and that she’s turned him down just once. “The only time I’ve ever said no to Tim was ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,’ for personal reasons, but initially I was supposed to do it,” Atwood explained. “It was very tough, but its strange, because at the same time, right after I said no, which was heartbreaking because I really wanted to do it, they called me to do ‘Memoirs of a Geisha,’ which was a blessing in a different way,” she said. (Atwood’s work on “Memoirs of a Geisha” was recognized with an Oscar for Best Achievement in Costume Design — her second.) “In my career I’ve been extremely lucky.”

Not every film Atwood has worked on earned an Oscar nod, but that’s not what drives her work. “The Martian Girl dress [for Burton’s ‘Mars Attacks’] went through many evolutions. But it was the most awesome kind of costume, because it was so low tech,” she said. Known for fantastic, hand-made designs, Atwood proves that sometimes all it takes a little glitter and glue to pull off a showstopper. “People just didn’t get [‘Mars Attacks’] at the time and it’s such a cool movie. I remember the premiere was very industry. It’s a shame that the reaction wasn’t more positive — like one finger clapping — and I was really bummed for time. We went across the street to the party and Jack [Nicholson] and he looks and me and says, ‘Who cares! It’s a great movie,’ and I think he’s right and I’m really glad I did it.”

Though often months of planning goes into a single design, a somewhat abbreviated conceptualization has produced exceptional results at least once for the designer.

“I did that mask [worn by Hannibal Lecter in ‘Silence of the Lambs’] and it was loosely based on a hockey mask — and originally it was going have a different surface, but a sample came in to try on Anthony [Hopkins] and it was in raw fiberglass, which looked like skin, and I said, ‘Well, I think it’s done.’ It was so creepy that way that it worked,” Atwood explained. “We had no idea it would be so creepy.”

Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins) in “Silence of the Lambs,” wearing Colleen Atwood’s now-iconic mask.

The impeccable severity of the costumes for “Gattaca,” 1997’s absorbing sci-fi flick starring Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman, were a testament to the designer’s resourcefulness. “‘Gattaca’ had a really low budget, but I found a lot of really beautiful ’30s men’s suits, and I recut some ’80s suits with modern fabric to make it work,” she said. “I could dress that way myself in that it’s urban timelessness, almost like a uniform.”

Amused by the notion that she’d ever imagine herself in, say, seductress Velma Kelly’s shoes, however, Atwood described her design philosophy as it relates to the dazzling pieces she created for “Chicago,” Marshall’s 2002 musical adaptation that racked up six Oscars of 12 nominations (including Atwood’s for the costumes). “When I design costumes, it’s an external thing,” she said, “not something that I see myself in. It’s a vision that I have of other things. My wardrobe, I tend to keep it rather simple.” In her own closet, Atwood reaches for Saint Laurent, and “usually something black.”

To emerging costume designers with aspirations to work in Hollywood, Atwood offers sound advice: “It’s different now, but it’s not different. If you get a job on a film, even if not in the department you want to be in, take it. If you’re good at your job and you work hard, people will notice — It’s a foot in the door … At the end of the day, I’m proud to say that I experience continual joy in what I do,” Atwood said, racking up Oscar nominations along the way.

Dawn Ritz' Ascending Southern Star: Hollywood Costume Designer to Appear at Phoenix COMICON

2014-05-27-DAW3.jpg

“There’s no right or wrong in art, there’s only something called experiences,” mused Dawn Ritz. The tenacious costume designer, scheduled to appear as a guest panelist at the 2014 Phoenix COMICON, has seized Tinsel town opportunities rather than let them come to her.

Ritz’ grasp of Hollywood high opera has caught the attention of artists as varied as Jamie Presley and Marilyn Manson; barely 30, Ritz has conceived epic world tours for bands Slipknot and the aforementioned Manson, costume designed country legend Glen Campbell and his family for their 2012 Grammy performance – and even the indie-film world is now enlisting her talents.

“I loved working with Dawn,” says actress Linda Cardellini who recently worked with Ritz on the upcoming film Lost in Austin. “Her love of music, art, film and fashion influence really made these characters come to life. She is incredibly talented and fearless.”

Even her bio has a bit of swagger. Born on a mountaintop by the sea in Puerto Rico, Ritz was raised outside Corpus Christy, Texas. At 18 she skedaddled from the Lone Star State for Hollywood, went to hair and make-up school, assisted stylists, put herself through design school, and was up and running … or, driving, a lot of driving. After all, it’s LA.

“Being a stylist and a costume designer, 90% of my job is in the car driving somewhere, to pick up clothes to go to a fitting,” Ritz said.

Whether it’s a pageant -dress modeled after her beloved Texas’ state flag for young actress Ursula Parker or outfitting Marilyn Manson in draconian para-military garb for his Twins of Evil tour, Ritz can often be preparation for her next custom wardrobe build, perusing endless bolts of different colored fabric in LA’s downtown garment district.

Would-be iconography, Ritz’ handiwork for Lost in Austin

“I want to be able to pull a rabbit out of a hat and wow people and create something that lasts in one’s mind. And, that to me, is the icing on the cake.”

Ritz will be on a few panels at this year’s Phoenix COMICON. She will be giving out signed illustrations of some of her work alongside a surprise celebrity guest.

Jaden Smith Wore A White Batman Costume To Kimye's Wedding

Yes, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding was an over-the-top, star-studded circus, but Jaden Smith was strangest sighting at the affair.

Seriously, the kid wore a white Batman costume — at least to the reception, anyway. If you think we are joking, look no further “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis’ Instagram photo, in which he and Kourtney Kardashian were photobombed by “white Batman.”

Francis and Kourtney weren’t the only people he photobombed, either. Family friend and hairstylist, Clyde Haygood, also posted an a photo of the 15-year-old swooping in on his snapshot with Kris Jenner, which he captioned, “And then…. This cRaZYyyy #albino #bat flew in… “

We’re thinking maybe Smith’s rumored girlfriend Kylie Jenner has a thing for superheroes, because a source told E! News the two teenagers were actually seen “making out” following the wedding ceremony at Forte di Belvedere on May 24. And let’s just say, it’s not the first time we’ve seen Smith in a superhero costume while he’s been hanging out with Jenner.

Michelle Obama Dresses To Impress At Opening Of Anna Wintour's Costume Center

It’s here! Met Gala day 2014 is here!

We’ve been flipping out over a Michelle Obama sighting at the opening of Anna Wintour’s Costume Center since we first found out she might be there last week. Now, the wait is finally over. FLOTUS arrived in New York on Monday to commemorate the opening and she obviously dressed to impress Vogue’s editor-in-chief in a green, long-sleeved floral Naeem Khan dress. The ensemble is a bit more casual than her stunner from Saturday’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner, but the First Lady still looked lovely.

She also took the opportunity to share some adorable moments with Wintour, who we’re not used to seeing quite so… cuddly.

Guests of the ceremony include some of the biggest names in the fashion industry, from Calvin Klein to Victoria Beckham to Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Other attendees couldn’t hold in their excitement from inside the venue, taking to Instagram and Twitter to share some sneak peeks of the newly renovated building.

Could this mean… an appearance at the Met Gala? You know, she’s already in town and all. It seems silly for her to leave before all the fun starts. Enjoy your first Michelle sighting of the day while we countdown and daydream about outfit options for tonight.
