Frank and Oak’s New Deal Is the Best Way to Upgrade Your Winter Style—Without Leaving the House

Men’s Journal aims to feature only the best products and services. We update when possible, but deals expire and prices can change. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.

Guys tends to run through our wardrobe essentials pretty quickly. T-shirts get dingy, socks get holes—it can be hard to keep up. This is where box set delivery service can come in handy; not only can you upgrade your style, follow the trends, and splurge on lust-worthy things to hang in your closet, box sets make it really easy to replenish the stuff you stuff into our drawers.

We’ve tried more than a few of these boxed services the last few years and one we really appreciate is the Style Plan from Frank And Oak. Instead of the hassle of waiting for the items to arrive, then repackaging and sending back the ones you choose not to keep, Frank and Oak gives you veto power up front. Before the box is ever sent, you get an email that tells you precisely what’s coming. You get up to three items per month, so you either accept the stylist’s selections or swap out those choices for something you really want or need. It’s really handy and super simple—especially when it comes to replacing t-shirts, socks, and such.

Frank And Oak
Frank And Oak

Here’s the best part: Right now Frank And Oak is offering Men’s Journal readers $ 30 off your first box and $ 0 Styling Fee. Just follow this exclusive link to the website, select your personal preferences, save thirty bucks, then wait for the goods to be delivered. If you like what’s chosen for you, great. If you don’t, either veto it via the email or send it back after it arrives, postage paid. And the zero Styling Fee means it’s basically a free trial; normally it’s $ 25 if you decide to veto/return an entire month’s box—but not for you.

Try it, and if you like it you save $ 30. If you don’t like it? Hey, you’re the one with the coffee stain on your shirt.

Starz Signs 50 Cent To Multiyear Project Deal

Power, Season 5, Episode 505

Source: Starz / Starz

Even after all the drama and public bickering between 50 Cent and Starz, it seems like business will always outweigh personal conflicts.

Yesterday Starz announced that they had signed Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson to a new multi-year deal that will allow Fif to continue to will continue to develop new scripted and unscripted projects exclusively for the network through his G-Unit Film & Television, Inc. Not bad for someone who constantly takes his employers to task on social media.

But regardless of how crazy things got in the past, the cable network couldn’t deny the results that 50 got them and rewarded him with a extension. Both 50 and Starz CEO/President Chris Albrecht knew that at the end of the day they needed each other.

“When I sat down with Chris and walked him through my plans for G-Unit Film & Television going forward, he let me know I was essentially requesting the biggest deal in premium cable history.  I am excited to announce that we’ve made that partnership between myself, G-Unit Film & Television and Starz/Lionsgate and we will continue our proven track record of breaking records and delivering unique content for audiences around the world…..Get The Strap,” said Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.

Starz CEO & President Chris Albrecht added, “Both on screen and off, Curtis has proven that he can deliver content that our viewers want to watch. He is the real deal, and we have given him a real deal, with what I believe to be among the most significant deals to date for an Executive Producer in premium television. We’re pleased to expand our relationship and consider this the beginning of many new and exciting ventures to come.”

Now that 50’s officially done acting on Power thanks to the death of his character, Kenan, he’ll have more time on his hands to come up with other crime drama series and possibly act in them as well. But that doesn’t mean he’s completely done with the smash Starz series as the new deal guarantees that he’ll still have a hand in executive producing the series and will make his directorial debut in season six. It also guarantees that the G-Unit general will serve as an executive producer on any future seasons of the series as well as any extensions of the “Power” universe on the big or small screen.

While many questioned 50’s antics and actions over the years when dealing with Starz with many fearing he’d get fired from the network, the end result seems to demonstrate that he actually knew what he was doing. Go figure.

Under Armour Signs Embiid to Endorsement Deal

For Joel Embiid, his newly inked deal with Under Armour is going to be “bigger than just shoes.”
Turning aside other reported suitors including Puma and New Balance, the center for the Philadelphia 76ers instead opted for a five-year apparel and footwear endorsement deal with Under Armour. He had previously been sponsored by Adidas.
At Under Armour, Embiid joins Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, skier Lindsey Vonn, ballerina Misty Copeland and others. The terms of the deal were not disclosed but ESPN reported that the endorsement will make him the highest paid center in the NBA.
In a first-person account on Under Armour’s web site posted on Wednesday, Embiid wrote: “When I sat down with Under Armour, one of the first things we talked about was how this can be bigger than just shoes, bigger than just basketball. I want to help change people’s lives.
“Basketball has given me everything, but it has to be bigger than basketball. That was the first thing that I said to Under Armour, and they were behind it 100 percent. This isn’t about a shoe deal. I mean, listen…I’m gonna make sure they design some shoes as pretty as I am. Don’t

Webbie Avoids Jail Time In Domestic Violence Case, Accepts Generous Plea Deal

BET Hip Hop Awards 2011 - Arrivals

Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty

“Independent” rapper Webbie will be getting N-O-J-A-I-L-T-I-M-E for allegedly putting hands on his then-girlfriend because he copped a plea deal.

TMZ exclusively reports Webbie agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of simple battery on Thursday (August 2nd) and was given a slap on the wrist in the form of one-year probation. Webbie was initially charged with multiple felonies ranging from 2nd-degree battery, false imprisonment and domestic abuse by strangulation back in July of 2017 when he reportedly assaulted his now ex-girlfriend in a hotel room. To back up her claims she even shared photos of her injuries she suffered at the hands of Webbie.

So yeah he definitely dodged a big bullet because he was looking at some serious jail time.

Per TMZ:

According to the East Baton Rouge court clerk … Webbie agreed to plead guilty Thursday to a misdemeanor charge of simple battery and was sentenced to one year of probation.

He’ll have to keep his nose clean during that time, complete 20 hours of community service and anger management classes. The court also ordered him to pay $ 5k in restitution to his ex-GF and $ 500 in court fees.

Webbie and ex-girlfriend had a well documented toxic relationship. He accused his then-girlfriend of wrecking his home and stealing jewelry and called the cops on her. We just hope Webbie takes this moment and realizes he was given an opportunity most don’t get. Jail is no place you want to spend any time in for something you could have easily avoided.

Yale President Unveils Plan To Deal With Racial Tensions On Campus

Yale University President Peter Salovey announced Tuesday a series of steps the Ivy League institution will take in an attempt to better support minority students.

Salovey further emphasized that responding to concerns from marginalized communities does not mean the university has to suppress free speech, and said that nobody’s going to be punished for sharing their opinion.

It is clear that Yale needs to “reaffirm and reinforce our commitment to a campus where hatred and discrimination have no place,” Salovey said in a campus-wide email. But, he added, the institution also needs to lay to rest ”the claim that it conflicts with our commitment to free speech, which is unshakeable.”

“The very purpose of our gathering together into a university community is to engage in teaching, learning, and research — to study and think together, sometimes to argue with and challenge one another, even at the risk of discord, but always to take care to preserve our ability to learn from one another,” Salovey wrote.

Yale become a hotbed of protest this month following allegations that a fraternity discriminated against women of color — something the members vehemently deny. Tensions were further inflamed by an email from an administrator that questioned whether warning students not to wear offensive costumes was going too far, something some students felt was insensitive to minorities on campus.

Students demonstrated after the incidents, saying those examples speak to larger concerns about how marginalized students are treated at the New Haven, Connecticut, campus.

“Yale’s long history, even in these past two weeks, has shown a steadfast devotion to full freedom of expression,” Salovey continued. “No one has been silenced or punished for speaking their minds, nor will they be. This freedom, which is the bedrock of education, equips us with the fullness of mind to pursue our shared goal of creating a more inclusive community.”

Salovey then laid out a series of steps the university will take. Here are some of them:

  • Yale will create a multidisciplinary university center supporting scholarship around race, ethnicity and other aspects of social identity. The university will add four additional faculty positions to contribute to existing research from Yale professors around “unrepresented” and “under-represented” communities.
  • Yale will launch a five-year series of conferences on issues of race, gender, inequality and inclusion.
  • Yale will double the budgets for the four campus cultural centers.
  • All mental health professionals on campus will receive multicultural training.
  • The university will announce new details on improving financial aid for low-income students, but in the meantime is making funds available for students in emergency situations.
  • All members of the administration, including Salovey, will receive training on “recognizing and combating racism and other forms of discrimination in the academy.”
  • The university will continue with its $ 50 million effort to expand diversity among faculty.

Peter Salovey’s entire email can be read here.

Gay Voices – The Huffington Post gay - First Date 300x250

Salt Lake City Is Electing Its First Openly Gay Mayor. Here’s Why That’s A Big Deal.

Salt Lake City is poised to announce its first openly gay mayor next week, reflecting changing social tides in conservative Utah.

Jackie Biskupski (D), who nabbed 52 percent of votes in Tuesday’s election but can’t declare victory until incumbent Mayor Ralph Becker (D) concedes, served as the first openly gay legislator in the Utah state House from 1999 to 2011. She will make history again as the first openly gay mayor of the state capital city, joining only a few openly gay mayors in the U.S.

Biskupski’s apparent victory in the home state of the Mormon church and its long-held opposition to gay rights reflects a shift toward wider LGBT acceptance, experts said.

Pamela Perlich, director of demographic research at the University of Utah’s Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, explained that being openly gay is less controversial in Utah than it used to be, especially since a federal judge in 2013 made Utah the first state to rule against a gay marriage ban after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned part of the federal Defense of Marriage Act. More people being open about their sexual orientation fosters more inclusion, Perlich told HuffPost.

“It’s easy to exclude somebody you don’t know or establish stereotypes about someone you’re not in proximity with, but not once people found out, ‘My friend is gay or my daughter or my son,'” Perlich said. “That whole thing we see playing out all across nation — that’s playing out in Utah too … You reach these tipping points where it’s just not a big deal anymore.”

The leader of Equality Utah, an LGBT rights group, said he hopes Biskupski’s election galvanizes more people from the gay community to seek public office.

“It is extremely significant to have a lesbian mayor in Salt Lake City,” Troy Williams, Equality Utah executive director, told HuffPost. ”The election of Ms. Biskupski sends a clear signal to Utahans that the LGBT community is ready to give back with public service.”

Biskupski’s sexual orientation was largely a non-issue in the mayor’s race. A UtahPolicy poll found last month that three-fourths of likely Salt Lake City mayoral voters said the fact that she would be the city’s first gay mayor would have no bearing on their vote. If anything, being gay gave Biskupski a slight edge: 12 percent polled said Biskupski’s sexual orientation made them more likely to vote for her, while only 10 percent said the opposite.

Biskupski is already planning to make LGBT rights a priority, she told The Salt Lake Tribune on Tuesday. One of her first orders of business will be to meet with the leaders of the Mormon church and discuss its recent policy categorizing same-sex couples as apostates, or religious dissenters, and excluding their children from Mormon rites, such as blessings.

“Hopefully, we’ll have a chance to rethink this a bit and move in a different direction somewhere down the road,” Biskupski told the Tribune.

Ellen Koester, a volunteer at Affirmation, a Utah-based group supporting LGBT Mormons, said the voted for Biskupski and has been amazed by residents’ growing acceptance of gay rights in the last decade.

“I think it says everything about Utah’s changing attitudes,” Koester said. ”The citizens of Salt Lake City have realized that Jackie is an excellent candidate for mayor, regardless of her sexuality.”

It’s especially exciting to her that Salt Lake City would vote Biskupski into office just days after the World Congress of Families, deemed an anti-gay hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center, held its conference in the city.

“If that doesn’t say anything about the changing attitudes of Utahns, then I don’t know what will,” Koester said.

This article has been updated to include Koester’s comments.

This Is How You Deal With Homophobia In the Classroom

I’m From Driftwood is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit archive for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer stories. New stories are posted on the site every Wednesday.

Alexa Espinal is 23 years old and had been teaching for only two weeks. But that’s all the time needed for Alexa to experience homophobic words from her middle school students. Alexa recalls:

And as other students are using the bathroom, these two kids, these two students break out in a fight kind of, not a fight but just like a tiff between the two and they’re like, “You’re gay, you’re gay, you’re gay.”

Being young and inexperienced as a teacher was one challenge, but the other was the possibility of revealing herself as a lesbian. In Mississippi, it’s possible to be fired simply for being LGBTQ. Fortunately, Alexa controlled the situation with poise:

Something needed to be said. So I was like, “We’re not going to speak about being gay in a negative way because it’s not negative and we’re not going to use that word in that kind of way, we’re not going to use that language.”

And this one kid kind of straightened up, looks forward and he’s like, “Okay, I’m not going to do it.”

Knowing that middle school students don’t care much about what adults say, Alexa hoped her words would make an impact on the students so peer-to-peer communication might happen. It wasn’t long before Alexa got to witness the change she created:

Time passes on and I still hear it every now and again. And the first time I saw maybe like a small light was, this one kid decided to say it in my classroom, the word comes up again and these two boys start saying, “You’re gay, you’re gay” and all I did was give a look and this one student says, “We’re not using that type of language.”

And I was like, yeah, that’s amazing, and I’m planting a seed and something’s happening, there’s going to be change, it’s just going to take some time.

How To Deal When Your Ex Is A Disneyland Dad

It’s the same story every time your kids come back from a weekend with your ex: They show off the latest toy or electronic device they got, brag about how late they stayed up the last two nights, then struggle to fall asleep for school the next day. (Good luck trying to wake them up in the morning!)

It’s infuriating to deal with an ex who gives the short shrift to parenting, then tries to buy your kids’ affection on the weekends.

No doubt, parenting with a Disneyland dad or mom is tough. To make it a little less frustrating, we asked parenting experts for some advice. Read what they had to say below:

The problem: Every time your ex has the kids, he showers them with extravagant gifts — the big-ticket items you tend to save for the holidays. There’s no way you can compete. Your financial situation is lopsided in favor of your ex.

How to deal: The next time the kids come home with a new Nintendo Wii U or iPad, remind yourself that love can’t be bought, said Kate Scharff, a Washington DC-based psychotherapist and divorce mediator.

“Electronics (and concert tickets and designer clothes) are to kids what nicotine gum is to a heavy smoker; they offer quick, temporary relief followed by a craving for the real thing,” she said. “The next time your child wakes from a nightmare, skins his knee or needs help with a book report, it won’t be the latest Apple product he runs to. It won’t even be the person who gave it to him: It’ll be you.”

The problem: While you’re handing the daily grind of parenting, your uninvolved ex-wife swoops in and whisks the kids off for a ski trip in Aspen. “Ah,” you think, “if only she could show up for the occasional parent-teacher conference or soccer meet.”

How to deal: Remember, as hard as it for you to raise the kids without your ex’s help, her absence is even harder on the kids. Be the bigger person and let them enjoy their time with her, said Scharff.

“The next time your ex tries to compensate for poor parenting with a splashy gesture like MLB playoff tickets, try not to roll your eyes. Let your kids enjoy whatever time and attention come their way,” Scharff said. “Even seeing your sports idol pitch a no-hitter in the World Series can’t compare to having both parents cheering from the bleachers at your little league game.”

The problem: When your kids are at your ex’s house, it’s fast food every night, no restrictions on cellphone use and 1 am “lights outs.” You get peeved every time they brag about what dad let them get away with over the weekend.

How to deal: Unfortunately, not everything in life is in your control —  and that includes your ex’s house rules, said Tina Swithin, author of Divorcing a Narcissist: Advice from the Battlefield and a high-conflict divorce coach.

“You first need to accept that what happens on the other parent’s time is just that: the other parent’s time,” she said. “In my coaching practice, I often share the serenity prayer with clients to keep them centered: ‘Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.’ Ultimately, you have control over your relationship with your children and your own parenting time. Put your energy and focus into being the best parent you can possibly be.”

The problem: You’ve worked hard to establish a daily family rhythm, from bedtime rituals to limits on screen time. When the kids return from the Land of Anything Goes (aka your ex’s house), you feel like you need to compensate by doubling down on your house rule.

How to deal: Resist the urge to play bad cop, Scharff advised.

“Comments like ‘Your father had you for 24 hours and you spent 20 of them online. No computer this week!’ only cast you in the role of enforcer and erode your relationship with your kids,” she said.

The problem: You worry that your ex’s “money can buy love” approach to parenting is sending the wrong message to your kids.

How to deal: Talk to your ex about your concerns in a level-headed way, said Rosalind Sedecca, a parenting coach and the author of Post-Divorce Parenting: Success Strategies For Getting It Right.

“Remind your ex how her behavior appears from the children’s perspective,” she said. “She might want to consider their confusion between the two lifestyles of their parents, the consequences of spoiling the kids, as well as the lessons they are learning about equating love with ‘things.'”

The problem: You can’t help it: Knowing that your kids clearly favor your ex gets to you.

How to deal: Like the story “The Tortoise and the Hare,” a steady effort wins the (parenting) race, Swithin explained.

“The Disneyland Dad persona will not stand the test of time,” she said. “While it may take a while for children to realize this, they will have more respect in the long run for the healthy parent who was stable, consistent and loving. Children thrive with consistency and structure. They’ll look back with admiration at the parent who was there during the hours of homework, late-night fevers and parent-teacher conferences.”

How To Deal — And Not Deal — With A Bed Wetter

After her 10-year-old son wet the bed, Christle Prado and her roommate, Keith Driscoll, allegedly forced the child to wear a dress and makeup, and then run around outside for others to see. Law enforcement officials were alerted when a photo of the distressed boy was posted on Facebook. The boy and Prado’s two other children were placed in their grandmother’s custody; Prado and her roommate were released after being arrested, as there was not sufficient evidence to charge them with a crime. Watch the story in the video above.

While this incident may seem extreme, “potty shaming” is actually a technique that parents need to be aware of, because they could be inappropriately punishing their child for bathroom accidents.

“Fifteen percent of kids after age 5 still wet the bed, and 5 percent of kids after age 10 still wet the bed,” points out The Doctors‘ Dr. Travis Stork. “When you’re asleep, the body does things you can’t always control, and there should be no shame in it.”

When adults who were bed wetters as children were asked how their behavior rated compared to other problems in their lives, they said the issue was as dramatic as going through divorce, according to Dr. Gail Gross, a child psychologist and development expert. ”Parents have to reassure their children rather than reinforce their shame, and their guilt and humiliation, which they feel already because they have this secret that they hope nobody finds out about,” she says. “You don’t want to reinforce shame, you want to reassure your child and be a partner with your child. Let your child know that he is not doing anything wrong, time is his partner, he will outgrow this.”

She also explains that children who are bedwetters may need an extra boost of confidence, particularly if their toilet issues have isolated them from other children. For example, perhaps they are outcast because they won’t have sleepovers. “Teaching your children to have confidence is critical, how to bond and how to not be isolated and be part of a group is a big piece of this problem, because children feel outcast,” Dr. Gross adds. “It’s very important to teach children self-compassion.”

Do I Make a Deal With the Devil to Finish My Divorce?

Divorce negotiations… not easy. Compare it to a regular negotiation between businesses or individuals where there is no emotional animosity to cloud the communication and the eventual result.

I’ve said this before, but if you’re new to me, I’ll say it again:

A divorce is nothing more than a business transaction between two people.

Easier said than done, I know. But, that is all it is when you really look at it. Let’s not forget why you are getting divorced in the first place. It’s not because you’re happily married and in love with your spouse. If that were the case, you would be using the money it costs to get divorced to go to Bora Bora. (I’ve never been, but all I want is to be in a hut with a transparent floor over the ocean).

During a divorce, one or both of you can’t stand the other. Communication between has likely broken down to the point where you need a third party (therapist) to bridge the gap, or it’s past the point of no return.

And when it comes to any negotiation, what is the one ingredient that is needed for it to be effective? Surprise, communication!

A divorce negotiation, whether it’s over assets or parenting time with the children, is stressful and hard enough even when both sides have attorneys. If you don’t have an attorney and are doing it yourself (pro se), it’s even tougher because it’s you having to communicate with your spouse whom you are trying to separate from, legally, emotionally, physically…totally.

Whether you have a lawyer or don’t, everyone wants their divorce over with as soon as possible.

I don’t blame you. The only people, from my experience, who enjoy the process and want it to last for years are narcissists, psychopaths and malcontents.

You know who you are.

It’s not uncommon for one or both parties, in an effort to get the divorce completed sooner than later, to “give in” or acquiesce during the negotiations phase. I understand the desire to do this, but often times it leads to feelings of regret and additional animosity later.

The question this article poses is, should you agree to something that will force you to continue to communicate and rely on your ex after the divorce is completed?

What do I mean by this, you ask?

For example, you both own the marital home. Let’s say you (mom) want to stay in the house with the children until they complete high school, at which time you will sell the house and live somewhere else. Dad agrees with this and you work out the financials of who pays what during this period.

Your Property Settlement Agreement (PSA), which was prepared by an attorney (as it always should be) has very specific language about how the house will be sold and the procedure of how it will work. So far, so good!

Fast-forward a couple years.

The children graduated and are getting ready to go to college and it’s time to sell the house. Dad (somebody has to be the bad guy in this hypothetical) is causing problems and refusing to abide the PSA. He won’t put the house up for sell. What happens now???

This is the situation many divorcees find themselves in. During the negotiations of the divorce, they agreed to keep the marital home for a few years and then sell it, together, later. Key word there is together. You bound yourself to communicate and work together with someone who you probably can’t stand and/or communicate effectively with anymore.

At this point, your only real option, if you can’t agree on what to do, is to go back to court and enforce the PSA you agreed two years ago. Win or lose, it’s a process that takes time, money and maybe most importantly adds a bunch of stress to your life you don’t really need.

The PSA or whatever document you have that outlines the terms of your divorce is THE document that controls any situation once the divorce is finalized. That’s the only thing a court has to refer to if an issue arises. That’s why PSA’s are typically large documents. Good ones have specific language to cover most foreseeable post divorce issues.

Now, things always come up that weren’t contemplated or are the fault of neither side, whether that’s a mass disaster, or loss of a job. But, for the most part, your PSA should cover most of what may happen after the divorce for both assets and children, i.e. college.

Unfortunately, if you agree to terms in your divorce that require you to deal with your bully, narcissistic ex, then don’t be surprised when difficulties arise later on.

You may have to go back to court to enforce the terms of the Agreement if he doesn’t comply.

One option is to put in language in the PSA that requires you both go to mediation before going back to court. This typically is a quicker and cheaper alternative. However, both sides have to participate in good faith or the process won’t work. Then, you will end up in court anyway. So, if you think mediation will be a waste of time, don’t put that language in your PSA.

If you do have to go to court to enforce your PSA, some states allow you to seek fees if you prevail. For example, in New Jersey, if you hire an attorney to represent you to enforce your PSA, the court may force Dad to pay your attorney fees for having to drag him to court. Check with your State’s laws, as they vary.

If you make a deal with the Devil during your divorce negotiations, don’t be surprised when the Devil rears its ugly head and you find yourself back in court.

The Iranian Nuke Deal You Don’t Understand

So, the U.S. and Iran agreed to a nuke deal that looks to many observers as if we might be terrible negotiators. But we have no way of knowing what the secret side agreements are. And one assumes there are a few.

Have you noticed that the Israeli lobbying efforts on this topic seem uncharacteristically toothless? The media is acting surprised. You rarely see such a strong lobbying group coming up short. Kind of a mystery.

On a totally unrelated topic, the Saudis (our buddies in the Middle East) finally found the terrorist who bombed a US base in Saudi Arabia two decades ago. That was an Iranian-backed plot, the news reports.

That terrorist hid well for twenty years. Iran probably knew where he was. They backed him, so they probably had some sources back to him.

And now he has been caught. By the Saudis. Interesting timing.

My guess is that Iran is a full military ally of the United States now (give or take some backstabbing both sides expect). But no one can say out loud that we’re working together. That wouldn’t help anyone.

My reasoning for not objecting to the Iran nuke deal is that I don’t know what the deal is. Neither do you. The good stuff is the secret stuff. (I hope.)

How to Deal with This Summer’s Rosé Shortage, According to Babe Walker

Much to our dismay, the end of summer is frighteningly close. And while saying goodbye to sand-covered feet and wavy beach hair is cause enough to slip into a depressive state, the news that the New York area might soon experience another rosé shortage is simply too much to handle. Looking for answers, we reached out to Babe Walker, the social media star who, along with The Fat Jewish, founded this summer’s most Instagrammed bottle of blush-colored wine, White Girl Rosé. Here, she shares her thoughts on the upcoming rosé apocalypse of 2015.

Is a rosé shortage the ultimate white girl problem?
Honestly, last summer was a literal nightmare. In the Hamptons, screaming people were running through the streets, wearing unflattering football helmets, carrying lit torches, searching to find rosé wherever they could. It was not chic. Sorry . . . that was a really long answer when I guess I could have just said “yes.”

How are you and The Fat Jewish preparing for the upcoming rosé shortage?
Jew and I are like rosé-apocalypse preppers. However, there is a stockpile of White Girl Rosé (for all of our fans) sitting in a secret underground silo just waiting to be tapped into.

Is White Girl Rosé in risk of going out of stock?
We are one million percent not going to run out of White Girl Rosé. After last summer we decided our whole platform would be “Never Again,” so we made sure to crush enough grapes to keep everyone happy. Although demand for White Girl has been way higher than expected, we will have enough. We just bottled an additional 250,000 bottles . . . just in case.

What is another acceptable drink in the summer if the rosé apocalypse indeed happens?
Lemonade. Just kidding, that would be terrible. Do you know how much sugar is in that poison? It’s really bad for you. Truthfully . . . mineral water, as long as the H20 is sourced from a Peruvian aquifer with a depth of 2,000 feet or more.

What other ways do you suggest people cope if rosé runs out?
Meditation. Or you can call my shaman, Steve. Or Meth.
