Boosie Badazz “Droptop Talkin’ Sh*t To Da Sky,” Snoop Dogg “I Wanna Go Outside” & More | Daily Visuals 5.19.20

For the past few months Boosie Badazz has had social media going crazy with his numerous controversial posts including weighing in on D-Wade’s daughter and causing more outrage after revealing his own child-rearing methods.

Still, Boosie could care less about who he pisses off as he continues to live a luxurious life as is evident in his visuals to “Droptop Talkin Sh*t To Da Sky” where he flaunts cars, women and jewelry like it grows on trees.

Snoop Dogg meanwhile seems to be staving off quarantine boredom by playing basketball, smoking chronic and turning up with his wifey in his latest stay-at-home themed clip to “I Wanna Go Outside.” He must’ve shot this video before he became the latest person that Tekashi 6ix9ine dropped dime on.

Berner ft. Wiz Khalifa & Snoop Dogg “La Plaza,” Sleepy Rose ft. 2 Chainz, Worl & Hott LockedN “Shoot It Out” & More | Daily Visuals 10.23.19

Though LA street culture consists of Black and Latino influences, we rarely get Black and Latino collaborations in Hip-Hop music, but today Wiz Khalifa’s artist, Berner, links up with his boss and LA triple OG, Snoop Dogg for his latest RZA produced cut.

In his Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg assisted visuals to “La Plaza” the Mexican-American rapper rides shotgun with Wiz through the night while some of his chicano brethren make money moves under the racial-profiling eye of the law.

Sleepy Rose meanwhile gives conservative second amendment right supporters something to think about as he demonstrates a deep collection of automatic weapons and shows he and his crew knows how to use them in his 2 Chainz, Worl and Hot LockedN assisted clip to “Shoot It Out.”

Just like it’s never too late to go to college, it’s never too late to get put on to the Goddess MC known as Rapsody.

Now’s a good time as any to take in her essence in the elemental visuals to “Nina” where the MC from NC makes the different sides of nature the backdrop while proving she’s phenomenally woman. Her latest project Eve is on digital shelves now.

Back on the West Coast, Uncle Snoop takes a break from listening to reggaeton in his Bentley to get things cracking with Stressmatic and Rick Rock while burning some stick icky in his clip to “Main Phone.”

For years now fans have felt that Ashanti was the one that got away as far as Nelly should be concerned but from the looks of her latest video she’s not even looking back that far.

Linking up with Willie X.O for his visual to “Early In The Morning,” the former Murder Inc. crooner flaunts her murderous thickness that most men would kill to hold while enjoying the offerings at a lavish beach resort. How no one’s put a ring on it is beyond us.

Back in Los Angeles Tom Francis swings through the studio to get a quick verse from the LBC OG Snoop Doggy Dogg before heading back to his mansion where a gang of bikini clad white women wait for him in his clip to “Lifestyle.”

For the past few years Ray J’s been getting more recognition for his storyline in Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood than for his music, but lately he’s been dropping some new material and today calls on a Hip-Hop Triple-OG to lend him a verse on a new cut.

Linking up with LBC Hip-Hop OG Snoop Dogg in the visual for “Hallelujah,” Ray J finds himself getting turnt up with Snoop after getting a slap on the wrist from a judge who found him guilty on multiple counts of assault. This the same judge from the Paul Manafort case?!

Keeping the scene in LA, 03 Greedo might be locked up but that isn’t keeping him from grinding as he lets some thickly talented strippers have the show and entertain viewers in his YG assisted clip to “Wasted.”

Tory Lanez really dodged a bullet last month when he avoided getting into an unnecessary beef with Royce Da 5’9 and now that he doesn’t have to live life looking over his shoulder he can get back to the music side of things.

Linking up with Trippie Redd in the visual to “FeRRis WhEEL,” Tory Lanez finds himself back in school where he and his classmates get rowdy before turning up at a house party where everyone threw their inhibitions to the wind.

Trae Tha Truth meanwhile probably dropped the longest song of the last few years as he linked up with, well, everyone from the east to the west in his 9-minute clip to “I’m On 3.0.”

Snoop Dogg Offers Home To Abandoned Dog Named Snoop

Snoop Dogg In Concert - Hollywood, FL

Source: Johnny Louis / Getty

One of the worst things dog owners can do is abandoned their pet to the outside world, especially after they’ve been domesticated and used to the comforts of home. A man was caught on video in England doing just that to a dog that rescue workers named “Snoop,” prompting a huge rally of support including an offer to adopt from the dog’s namesake, Snoop Dogg.

The Daily Star reports:

The rapper was among those horrified by CCTV footage of a couple dumping the pooch at the side of a road.

A clip, watched by millions online, shows the Staffordshire Bull Terrier desperately trying to get back in the car as the pair drove off in Stoke-on-Trent.

Now Snoop Dogg says he wants to re-home the pet at his Los Angeles mansion.

He told the Daily Star: “It is heartbreaking.

“There is always room for another dog in Casa de Snoop.

“If he really needed a home then he has one with us.

As Uncle Snoop said to the outlet, the footage has since spread across news networks in the region and beyond with other dog lovers offering Snoop the same as far as housing goes. Hopefully, the pooch will land on all four paws safe and sound before too long.

While the new generation of Hip-Hoppers might not care much about yesteryear’s street legends, the previous era of gangsta rappers like Jim Jones still pay homage to their hometown heroes.

For his latest visual “Never Did 3 Quarters” the Harlem representative shouts out street legend Rich Porter before sippin’ on some D’usse and lamping on beach in a robe. Now that’s livin’.

Fetty Wap meanwhile sips on some bottles and flexes some heavy wrists in Snap Dogg’s clip to “How Many.” Is Snap Dogg related to Snoop in some way, shape or form? Just asking.

Eminem "Framed"

Source: Jeremy Deputat/Interscope / Jeremy Deputat

Eminem’s latest offering, Revival, has gotten mixed reviews from both loyal fans and new generation Hip-Hoppers alike, but at the end of the day, Eminem’s gonna Eminem and that’s why he gets the props.

For his latest visual to “Framed” the Detroit MC gets his American Psycho on and finds himself on the run in the woods after having escaped from a mental facility for butchering unlucky Trumpian’s that crossed his path. Ok, we made that last part up but facts don’t matter in Trump’s Amerikkka anyway.

Speaking of Donald “Raw Doggin Porn Stars” Trump, have Evangelical Christians given Snoop Doggy Dogg a mulligan for his old Doggy Style ways yet? We don’t know but Snoop continues to spread actual positivity and the power of faith in his latest clip to the Charlie Wilson assisted “One More Day.”

Today the Brooklyn rapper comes through with a new visual for the Amber Coffman and Myka 9 featured title track which centers around a social political theme that features with an American flag getting hung from a tree. Good thing Trumpian’s don’t know who Talib is cause this would garner the young intellect all kinds of death threats.

Snoop Dogg & Jack In The Box Team Up For Merry Munchies Meals

Snoop Dogg, a known marijuana enthusiast, and savvy businessman, partnered with Jack In The Box to deliver a meal deal just in time for California’s legalization of recreational pot use. Along with Uncle Snoop’s Merry Jane cannabis company, the fast food chain will be offering “Munchie Meal Deals” at a price point that will make sense for stoners.

Bloomberg reports:

As California prepares for legal recreational pot on Jan. 1, the fast-food chain is partnering with a digital media company backed by rapper Snoop Dogg on a new “munchie” meal aimed at cannabis enthusiasts. While marijuana’s connection to fast food is well-established, Jack in the Box will become the first national chain to explicitly embrace the drug.

The “Merry Munchie Meal,” which will be available at three California locations for a week in January for $ 4.20, features two tacos, french fries, onion rings, five mini churros, three chicken strips and a small drink. The price isn’t random: The number 420 is used as a code by potheads.

If it becomes a hit with consumers, the chain would be nuts not to expand the meal deal but do expect uptight folks who hate the devil’s lettuce to get up in arms about it if so.

Snoop Dogg knows that you’re only as young as you feel and judging from the way he lives his life the Hip-Hop OG loves to live by Jay-Z’s mantra, 40 is the new 20.

In his visuals to the October London assisted “Go On” that much is evident as the Doggfather throws a pool party where it seems like anyone over 35 isn’t allowed unless it’s Snoop himself of course.

Daz Dillinger’s Dogg Pound 4 Life Movie Hits Snag Because Suge Knight

Daz Dillinger‘s ambitions of making a biopic, Dogg Pound 4 Life, just hit a major snag. Suge Knight and others, including record label eOne, want a piece of the action, but the rapper ain’t trying grease their palms.

Reports TMZ:

The DPG vet who’s spearheading the movie broke the bad news to us at LAX. The casting and script are humming along, but Daz says the hangup is maybe the most important part — the music!

You can tell Daz is PISSED — he drops a few profanities — because several parties, including Suge, are trying to block him from using his music in the flick. He insists he owns the rights, and he’s ready to fight for them.

“Dogg Pound 4 Life” would pick up where “Straight Outta Compton” left off … focusing on the rise of Death Row Records, which got folded into eOne Music when Suge had to sell.

And you wonder why the Straight Outta Compton biopic took years to go from idea to reality?

The SYFL is more than just football; it’s about the kids, their families and the life coaching the SYFL provides to the entire community. I want the world to see their stories, talent and commitment — and now they will through our new series.”

The SYFL recruits players from low-income communities in Los Angeles between the ages of five and 13.  Many of the youth who have played in Snoop’s league have went on to play football professionally.

Snoop Dogg Chops It Up With Black Jesus On GGN [VIDEO]

Snoop Dogg helped remind viewers that Black Jesus is back to liven up Adult Swim for another season and he did it with a barrel of laughs and blunts.

Slink Johnson and the undeniably gorgeous Valenzia Algarin hopped on board the GGN express to talk Black Jesus and what the people can expect from the show that has defied all stereotypes and sacrilegious stigmas.

Like Johnson says, the show is loaded with talent from the likes of Charlie Murphy, John Witherspoon, King Bach, Corey Holcomb and the pen game of Aaron McGruder, so fans who slept last season should get sanctified with the comedic spirit one good time.

As for Snoop, he’ll still be manning the duties over GGN but will also be directing and starring in a reality sports video series created through a collaboration between his Snoopadelic Films company and AOL later this year.

In the meantime, peep the Black Jesus GGN episode for twenty full minutes of entertainment. Catch Black Jesus on Adult Swim every Friday night at 11 p.m. EST.

Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre Grew Up, So Why Won’t Ice Cube?

None of us escapes life free of error. However, with age comes not only the opportunity to rectify our past blunders, but a chance to be bold enough to acknowledge them. For rapper Snoop Dogg, when called on his past misogyny in his rap lyrics, he didn’t speak of regret, but shared, “Once I figured out there was room to grow and learn and to be a better person, then I incorporated that in everything I was doing. I don’t feel like you can be ashamed or mad about not knowing—if you don’t know, you don’t know.” The end result is that Snoop no longer refers to women as “bitches” or “hos.” Similarly, in a new interview with Rolling Stone, Dr. Dre acknowledges his history of physically abusing women—namely his assault of TV host Dee Barnes as well as of his former girlfriend and mother of one of his children, Michel’le. When asked about both the incident and accusations, Dre acknowledged, “I made some f–king horrible mistakes in my life. I was young, f–king stupid. I would say all the allegations aren’t true—some of them are. Those are some of the things that I would like to take back. It was really f–ked up. But I paid for those mistakes, and there’s no way in hell that I will ever make another mistake like that again.” It’s not a total act of contrition. Unfortunately, when called on his own bad habits, Ice Cube took a different approach; as in, f–k that, my attitude on women will stay in Throwback Thursday and Flashback Friday mode. Rolling Stone notes that Ice Cube laughed off critics of N.W.A’s treatment of women before saying: “If you’re a bitch, you’re probably not going to like us. If you’re a ho, you probably don’t like us. If you’re not a ho or a bitch, don’t be jumping to the defense of these despicable females. Just like I shouldn’t be jumping to the defense of no punks or no cowards or no slimy son of a bitches that’s men. I never understood why an upstanding lady would even think we’re talking about her.” At 46 years old, Ice Cube is way too old to sound this immature and banal. Snoop attributed much of his shift in attitude to the women in his life—a wife, a daughter—and yet, Ice Cube is a family man himself who’s made millions off crafting family-friendly movies. Still, Cube clings to misogyny, proving that a wife and daughter may not cure every man’s penchant for degrading women. The same goes for the Straight Outta Compton director and longtime Cube collaborator, F. Gary Gray. There is a particular scene in the film that employs the reference “Bye, Felicia” and meshes it with what was described as “a moment of degradation.” When asked about this in an interview with New York magazine’s The Cut, Gray argued, “If you’re looking to be politically correct in entertainment, especially as it relates to comedy, that’s the end of entertainment. If people want us to make entertainment in a certain way, you tell me how we should have shot the scene.” Like Cube, Gray is too old to not know better. There’s political correctness and there’s common decency. There’s pushing the envelope and there’s perpetuating a trope. There’s being controversial and there’s playing to the lowest common denominator. Bothered by the question, Gray went on: “That’s just an awful question. You know. It’s like, if Oprah says it’s a powerful movie, and we know how she feels about how women are depicted in film and entertainment and things like that—I feel like you’re digging. We should be focusing on how the police are treating innocent American citizens. What about that? Let’s talk about something as important, if not more important, if you really want to go there.” Yet another immature deflection: “Why you worried ’bout this, when blah-blah-blah is happening?” By Gray’s logic, the police are brutalizing black women as much as they are black men. To that end, more than two decades ago, N.W.A said “F–k the police” while dually condemning black women as spiteful or whorish and, for some members, also beating them. All this time later, as we collectively remain angry about law enforcement’s treatment of black souls and bodies, many women and men question how some black men can still be so hateful to their female counterparts. What a pity that some of these black men haven’t evolved to offer a better answer.
