The uncool news comes following the live performance of the disrespectful diss song 'The Truth.'
Jeezy is setting the record straight across the board.
After a historic and monumental night on Thursday (Nov. 19) during his highly anticipated Verzuz battle with fellow Trap legend, Gucci Mane, Jeezy sat down with The Morning Hustle to address his newly squashed beef, among many other topics.
In regards to what lead up to him and Gucci Mane squashing their 15-year beef, Jeezy reveals that he felt the resolution needed to happen.
“I didn’t realize that today was going to be like this, because initially, I was just going in for what it was,” Jeezy said. “But then I started thinking about the generation coming up behind us because I am watching these kids die every day and it’s just like ‘how ya’ll get out the hood and make money and this happens to ya’ll’.”
Jeezy went onto reveal that the recent string of street beef-related deaths helped him understand that he and GuWop carry a certain responsibility to help guide the future.
“I was thinking about Pop Smoke, King Von, Bankroll Fresh, Doe B, and Mo3 and just watching things unfold in real-time of how they move and stuff, it almost seems like they are acting like what they think it should be like and I thought to myself what would ‘Pac say or do because I loved ‘Pac as an artist and revolutionary. So [last night] I began to think, how would ‘Pac go about this if he had a clear head and I take a lot of that to heart and understood my position but then it was like ‘how do I go about it.’”
While Jeezy was reconciling his past beef, he also addressed his recent rumored diss track towards both 50 Cent and Freddie Gibbs noting that the track wasn’t a “diss” but more so therapy for him to let things go.
“The song to me was therapy,” Jeezy said. “It was blocking my blessings with other people, it made me not want to do things for people that I should because of the trauma of being burnt.”
Switching gears to his new life, Jeezy discussed the controversy regarding his fiancee Jeanie Mai’s 2014 comments regarding her then perceived fetishization of Black men.
“When we first got together, she pulled me to the side to the side and let me know that she made some comments in the past and wanted me to listen to it in its entirety and give her feedback on my thoughts about it and I did,” Jeezy said. “You guys are journalists and know how things can be misconstrued, but I can say there’s no way she’s racist–she’s from the Bay. [laughs] She knows E-40 better than me, but of course, when you look for things in people, you find it but anyone who knows me knows I am a good judge of character.”

It seems that Gucci Mane isn’t feeling the vibes at this recording home. He has announced that he will be taking his talents elsewhere.
As spotted on Complex the Trap God went back to calling out names via Twitter; specifically his record label. “Leaving #AtlanticRecords July 3rd these crackers polite racist #SolcySummer”.
Guwop went on to double down on his claim saying “All artists let’s go on strike f*** these racist ass labels burn then down too #BlackLivesMatter #BlackExecMatter f*** these crackers???”
But in what shouldn’t come to most folks as a surprise Gucci eventually deleted both posts. He did follow up the retracted tweets with a new one that hints his support of Black unity. “If you not with us I’m not with you” it read.
This is not the first time the “Lemonade” rapper has voiced his frustration with Atlantic Records. On September 22, 2017 he tweeted “2018 I’m going 100 percent independent and dropping a mixtape every other day”.
But as we all know when money talks Radric is all ears. A couple of weeks later he changed his tune entirely when the music conglomerate cashed him out. Thank You @AtlanticRecords for the 10 million dollar extension #ELGATOTheHumanGlacier I appreciate It sincerely” he wrote.
The Atlanta native is prepped to release Gucci Mane Presents: So Icey Summer. Atlantic Records has yet to comment on the allegations.

Whether it’s a good woman, ride or die chick, or gangsta b*tch, you gotta appreciate what a woman who has your back brings to the table. For her part Summerella does her own thing and she ain’t afraid to let y’all know what y’all missing.
In her visuals for “Pretty B*tches In The Trap,” the songstress takes it to the block where she stunts in colorful outfits while Gucci Mane, Trouble and Tokyo Jetz swing through to show her love off the strength.
Speaking of colorful getups, Doja Cat finds herself in numerous fruit inspired garments which seem to highlight her physical degree something kinky in her Tyga assisted clip to “Juicy.”

Logic’s been in the game for a minute and though he’s one of the game’s most popular rappers he’s never been one to floss his riches in his videos… until now. Kinda.
Giving his fans an idea of what he’d look like if he was balling, Logic throws on some jewelry and rocks a full length fur to ride the bus before falling victim to the jux in his Gucci Mane assisted visual to “Icy.” We guess this is why he doesn’t rock ice like that cause the wolves would come for him on that first full moon, b.
Back in the A, Jeezy finds himself rapping in a prison yard while his fans get a tour of his section at the Trap Museum in his clip to “1 Time.”

If nothing else a prison sentence will give a man a better appreciation of his freedom and when you have the finances to live life to the fullest by God that is exactly what you do.
Gucci Mane and Meek Mill know this all too well so we can’t be mad to see them living their best lives in the clip to “Backwards” where they throw a pool party and the women in attendance throw inhibitions into the wind and get turnt up like they know their parents will never see this video.
Keeping the scene in the south, Future continues to roll out visuals in support of his latest project SAVE ME and in his clip to “St. Lucia” has a monster truck roll over lesser cars while a room filled with women smoke cigarettes and wait for… something? What they doing there?

Even after all these years Eminem just can’t seem to get the whole “love” thing right. Least not in his videos anyway.
Continuing to demonstrate that love hurts, in his visual to “Good Guy,” Em finds himself getting his comeuppance at the hands of Jessie Reyez after she digs herself out a grave and does Eminem the same way Jennifer Lopez did Billy Campbell in Enough. It was brutal but well deserved.
Gucci Mane meanwhile seems to be living his best life post-prison as he takes a yacht filled with women and champagne out for a spin in his clip to “Off The Boat.”

Linking up with Hoodrich Pablo Juan and Yung Mal for the visuals to “Yeah Yeah,” Guwop and company have some poolside fun with lots of bikini-clad women while snowflakes fall from the sky. We know it’s CGI snow but it’s still a pretty cool concept.

The reinvention of Gucci Mane rolls on after the longtime East Atlanta star has morphed from celebrated trapper to a serene yet still capable talent on the mic. After penning The Autobiography of Gucci Mane book, Gucci is aiming to take his story to movie screens very soon.
A tweet from Gucci Mane on Wednesday signified the opening of the new chapter.
“#TheAutoBiographyOfGuccimane is coming to a theatre near you #DirectorGuccimane #1017Films,” read the not-so-cryptic tweet.
Now 37, Gucci’s time as a Hip-Hop artist doesn’t appear to be slowing anytime soon despite his big wins inside and outside of music. After dropping off his 12th studio album El Gato: The Human Glacier last month which was reportedly recorded over two days, there were hints he was turning that project into a film as well.
A new album, The Evil Genius, is also on the way later in the year. The typically prolific Gucci dropped off the last of his many mixtapes, Woptober, in 2016. There is no timetable set for the biopic but best believe fans are ready.
Just days after the release of his most recent album, Gucci Mane has already announced his next project, The Evil Genius.

Gucci Mane just signed a $ 10 million dollar deal with Atlantic Records and with that kind of money you know he gonna live it up sooner rather than later.
For now though Guwop has some fun with the whole clone conspiracy for his visuals to The Weeknd assisted “Curve” where a bunch of Gucci Mane’s and Weeknd doubles crowd an empty ally. Gucci must be aiming for a Double Mint gum endorsement now.
Keeping things in the South, Hustle Gang come through with a quick clip to “Game 7” in which T.I., RaRa, and Brandon Rossi stunt on a race track with some hot wheels that are made for big boys.

Got to give it up to Gucci, man. Even though he’s one of the most in-demand rappers out he’ll still link up with some heads you might’ve not heard of.
That’s the case for Eddy Fish’s clip to “Hector” where he and Guwop get together in Eddy’s hood where the struggle is real and heads are on the move.
Back in Florida controversial rapper XXXTENTACION looks to raise some eyebrows and shine a light on the all too familiar subject of police brutality in the visuals to “Look At Me!”

The exhibit opened on Saturday May 30. On May 31, Young Thug posted the picture of his face with the Gucci Tat. Our sources have indicated that the “tattoo” was some sort of temporary situation from the Gucci art jammie jam.
The whole internet got took on that one.
