Suge Knight’s post-Death Row Records struggle life continues as the New York Daily News is reporting that the former H.N.I.C. was transferred to Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center on Tuesday (April 3) and remained there until Thursday morning.
At a criminal court hearing last month Knight, 52, complained about his deteriorating health with the judge overseeing his murder case offered to sign a medical order submitted by his lawyer. Relatives of Suge told the Daily News that Knight suffered from dangerous blood clots and even had an emergency appendix surgery in March 2016.
Since his arrest for a fatal hit-and-run in 2015, Knight has been rushed to the hospital multiple times by ambulance and this most recent one is just the latest. Knight has pleaded not guilty to the charge insisting he was the victim of an ambush. Suge is currently on his 16th lawyer after his last counsel was hit with accessory to murder charges.
Suge is due back in court on April 23.

Hawaii is more famous for its vacation hotspots than its native lunatics but that doesn’t mean the latter category doesn’t exist.
Take Jason Russell Jump for example. The now 39-year-old Hawaiian man was accused of killing his landlord in December 2012 and he’s claiming Jay Z possessed his body during the unholy act.
Reports Hawaii Tribune-Herald
A man accused of slaying his landlord in Nanawale Estates almost three years ago said hip-hop mogul Jay Z possessed his body at the time, according to two psychologists who examined the man to determine his fitness for trial.
Psychologist Dr. Duke Wagner said the rapper and music producer “has been a constant figure” in the world of 39-year-old Jason Russell Jump, accused of second-degree murder for allegedly bludgeoning James V. Johns, a 54-year-old wheelchair user, to death with a sharp instrument in a toolshed on Johns’ Seaview Road property Dec. 16, 2012.
Wagner testified Friday in Hilo District Court that Jump said authorities should “put Jay Z in prison for the murder of James Johns and put other Illuminati who’ve been attacking (Jump) in prison, too.”
The contested fitness hearing, requested by Jump’s court-appointed attorney, Stanton Oshiro, is because examiners are split 2-1 in favor of finding Jump — who was previously found unfit to stand trial — fit for trial.
Jump, who is confined at Hawaii State Hospital, was present at the hearing. He didn’t testify, but occasionally leaned over to talk to Oshiro during proceedings.
Wagner opined Jump is unfit for trial. He said Jump suffers from persecutory delusional disorder and said he doesn’t believe Jump to be malingering, or faking symptoms of mental illness.
“I think the consistency of psychotic symptoms and especially something that’s delusional in nature, it’s hard to maintain the nature, and, let’s say, the exactness of the content,” Wagner said. “People that are malingering are going to make mistakes as far as accuracy. They’re not going to be consistent over years in remembering exactly what to say, to say it in a similar or the same manner and … do this in a free-floating manner. He was consistent in that sense.”
Psychologist Dr. Alex Lichton, the state’s designated examiner, acknowledged under questioning by Oshiro that he also was aware of claims Jay Z took over Jump’s body.
This makes what, like Jay Z’s 101st problem?

Like Hulk Hogan, WWE legend (WWF in his heyday) Superfly Jimmy Snuka is seeing his legacy go up in flames and ashes.
The 72-year-old former high-flying athlete has just been charged with 3rd degree murder and involuntary manslaughter for the 1983 assault and death of his girlfriend, Nancy Argentino.
Reports The Morning Call:
Snuka, 72, was arrested Tuesday morning after he surrendered to a Lehigh County detective and arraigned at 1:50 p.m. from the Lehigh County Central Booking Center. He was sent to county jail, but later posted $ 100,000 bail.
Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin re-opened the case last year, prompted in part by a Morning Call investigation that raised questions about the death of Snuka’s 23-year-old girlfriend, Nancy Argentino, in May 1983. The Call story revealed a never-before-seen autopsy report that labeled the case a homicide.
The grand jury’s term ended at the end of July.
Reached Tuesday by phone, Argentino’s sister Louise Argentino-Upham said it’s a relief, especially since her mother turns 90 this year and may be able to see justice served.
“I think that it’s been a long road,” Argentino-Upham said. “They did the right thing in face of all the evidence.”
Snuka had been at a WWF taping at the Allentown Fairgrounds on May 10, 1983, and returned to his Whitehall Township motel room to find Argentino, of Brooklyn, gasping for air and oozing yellow fluid from her mouth and nose, records show.
Superfly Jimmy Snucka isn’t as nimble as he once was. He may find prison to be a bit rough in his senior citizen state, should he be found guilty.

Russell Poole, the former Los Angeles Police Department detective who alleged The Notorious B.I.G. was killed through a conspiracy, has suddenly died.
Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies at the Homicide Bureau reported that Russell Poole collapsed Wednesday morning, according to a sheriff’s department official. He was meeting with detectives about a cold case when he collapsed and was unresponsive. He was rushed to a local hospital, where he died, the coroner’s office said.
Poole worked on Smalls’ murder case for about a year, according to Times archives.
The 24-year-old rapper, born Christopher Wallace and known also as Notorious B.I.G., was shot to death while sitting in a car at a red light in Mid-Wilshire on March 9, 1997.

The New York rapper’s death spawned countless conspiracy theories, among them that it was somehow connected to the Las Vegas slaying of rapper Tupac Shakur six months earlier because they and their respective record companies were seen as rivals.
Poole advanced the theory that Wallace’s death came from a plot involving a corrupt LAPD detective and Marion “Suge” Knight, who headed Shakur’s company when Shakur was killed. Wallace’s killing was retaliation, Poole suggested.
Knight is now in jail awaiting a possible murder trial in a separate incident and was never implicated in Wallace’s killing.
Poole was heavily featured in the 2003 book, LAbyrinth: A Detective Investigates the Murders of Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G., the Implication of Death Row Records’ Suge Knight, and the Origins of the Los Angeles Police Scandal, written by Randall Sullivan.

Wiz Khalifa and his family have been dealt a bit of closure now that individuals have taken responsible for the January 2014 shooting death of his younger uncle, Imani Porter.
Both Michael Wolford, 21, and Jaron Young, 19 plead guilty to third-degree murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and firearms violations and will be sentenced to 30-60 years and 12½ to 25 years, respectively as reported by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
On the night of January 10, 2014, both men met up with Porter at a Steak n Shake for a heroin transaction when they attempted to get away without paying for the drugs. After a scuffle ensued, Wolford shot Porter in the head, killing him at the scene.
Although it wasn’t a direct tribute to Wiz Khalifa’s uncle, the chart-topping single “See You Again” from the Furious 7 soundtrack has resonated with fans all across the globe who have lost a loved one.
A third perp, 21-year-old Larry Sanders had homicide and robbery charges withdrawn from his record in favor of felony drug and drug-related conspiracy charges by Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Anthony Mariani. Although he had been sentenced to nine to eighteen months in prison, Sanders had previously served 510 days before he was paroled and is now free with three years probation.
“Mr. Sanders was never involved in a homicide, and in my opinion, never should have been charged with homicide,” his attorney, Ralph Karsh said.

Earlier this morning (May 10), a pair of brothers and a woman were arrested in connection to the shooting deaths of two Mississippi police officers. The shooting happened after a routine traffic stop, igniting a statewide manhunt that ended without resistance.
The incident took place in the town of Hattiesburg, located in the southeast portion of the state. Around 8:30 p.m. CST, one officer pulled over a gold Escalade one of the brothers were driving. As a second officer arrived on the scene, shots began to ring out. At the end of the melee, 34-year-old Benjamin Deen and 25-year-old Liquori Tate were shot dead.
More from the Clarion-Ledger:
Authorities arrested Curtis Banks, 26, and Marvin Banks, 29, and Joanie Calloway, 22, early Sunday morning. They were taken to Troop J of the Mississippi Highway Patrol, where they were to be questioned by the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.
Marvin Banks and Calloway have been charged with two counts each of capital murder, and Curtis Banks is charged with two counts of accessory after the fact to capital murder.
At this point, authorities are not discussing the motive. They said interviews with the suspects are ongoing. Toxicology tests are also pending.
The trio split apart after the shooting, with their arrests occurring at varying times throughout Sunday morning. Two women drove by and saw Deen and Tate suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the women said the officers said to her, “Am I dying? I know I’m dying. Just hand me my Walkie-Talkie.”
Tate was a recent police academy graduate, boasting of his accomplishment last June via Facebook. Deen was a K-9 officer who was named Officer Of The Year in 2012. Police haven’t been killed in Hattiesburg in the last 30 years.

A judge has ordered Marion “Suge” Knight to stand trial for his alleged involvement in a deadly hit-and-run.
The name Walter Scott will inevitably become the new headliner of the #BlackLivesMatter campaign as he was tragically gunned down by a South Carolina police officer on Saturday, April 4.
As we have grown accustomed to, Scott was unarmed at the time of the incident. The cop, 33-year-old Michael T. Slager, has been charged with murder and the video footage supports the accusation.
The New York Times has the details:
A white police officer in North Charleston, S.C., was charged with murder on Tuesday after a video surfaced showing him shooting and killing an apparently unarmed black man in the back while he ran away.
The officer, Michael T. Slager, 33, had said he feared for his life because the man took his stun gun in a scuffle after a traffic stop on Saturday. A video, however, shows the officer firing eight times as the man — Walter L. Scott, 50 — fled.
The North Charleston mayor announced the state charges at a news conference Tuesday evening.
The shooting comes on the heels of high-profile incidents of police officers using lethal force in New York, Cleveland, Ferguson, Mo., and elsewhere around the country. The deaths have sparked a national debate over whether police are too quick to use force, particularly in cases involving black men.
A White House task force has recommended a host of changes to the nation’s police policies, and President Obama dispatched Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr., to cities around the country to try to improve police relations with minority neighborhoods.
North Charleston is the state’s third-largest city with a population of about 100,000. African-Americans make up about 47 percent of residents, and whites account for about 37 percent. The city police department is about 80 percent white, according to data collected by the Justice Department in 2007, the most recent period available.
“When you’re wrong, you’re wrong,” Mayor Keith Summey said of the shooting during the news conference. “And if you make a bad decision, don’t care if you’re behind the shield or just a citizen on the street, you have to live by that decision.”
The shooting unfolded after Officer Slager stopped the driver of a Mercedes-Benz with a broken taillight, according to police reports. Mr. Scott ran away, and Officer Slager chased him into a grassy lot that abuts a muffler shop. He fired his Taser, an electronic stun gun, but it did not stop Mr. Scott, according to police reports.
Moments after the struggle, Officer Slager reported on his radio, “Shots fired and the subject is down. He took my Taser,” according to police reports.
But the video, which was taken by a bystander and provided to The New York Times by Mr. Scott’s lawyer, presents a different account. The video begins in the vacant lot, apparently moments after Officer Slager fired his Taser. Wires, which carry the electrical current from the stun gun, appear to be extending from Mr. Scott’s body as the two men tussle and Mr. Scott turns to run.
Something — it is not clear whether it is the stun gun — is either tossed or knocked to the ground behind the two men and Officer Slager draws his gun, the video shows. When the officer fires, Mr. Scott appears to be 15 to 20 feet away and fleeing. He falls after the last of eight shots.
The officer then runs back toward where the initial scuffle occurred and picks something off the ground. Moments later, he drops an object near Mr. Scott’s body, the video shows.
Even with the video evidence, we all witnessed firsthand the cops who killed Eric Garner get let off the hook. The entire world–including Hip-Hop Wired–will be watching this case very closely.

“Duck Dynasty” patriarch Phil Robertson delivered a bizarre speech in which he created a hypothetical scenario about an atheist being forced to watch his “little atheist daughters” get raped and then having his penis hacked off and shown to him.
Speaking at a Christian event in Florida on Friday, Robertson was apparently trying to “prove” that having no belief in the afterlife and its consequences would make any level of violence acceptable.
“Two guys break into an atheist’s home. He has a little atheist wife and two little atheist daughters,” Robertson said in audio from the Vero Beach Prayer Breakfast, obtained by Right Wing Watch. “Two guys break into his home and tie him up in a chair and gag him.”
“And then they take his two daughters in front of him and rape both of them and then shoot ’em and they take his wife and then decapitate her head off in front of him. And then they can look at him and say, ‘Isn’t it great that I don’t have to worry about being judged? Isn’t it great that there’s nothing wrong with this? There’s no right or wrong, now is it dude?’
Then you take a sharp knife and take his manhood and hold it in front of him and say, ‘Wouldn’t it be something if this was something wrong with this? But you’re the one who says there is no God, there’s no right, there’s no wrong, so we’re just having fun. We’re sick in the head, have a nice day.’
If it happened to them, they probably would say, ‘Something about this just ain’t right.'”
Listen to the audio here, which begins with an apparent attack on healthcare.
He also said ISIS terrorists should be converted to Jesus or killed, and more recently, blamed “beatniks” and “hippies” for sexually transmitted diseases.
