Last week Nas and Swizz Beatz linked up for a mesmerizing visual in “Echo” and today the Queensbridge king returns to assist The Black Eyed Peas on one of their tracks.
In the CGI backed visuals to “BACK 2 HIPHOP” the three man group don old school Hip-Hop clothes and gold while Nas’s verse features a rapping sphinx a la I Am…’s album cover. Pretty clever way to include Nas in the video.
Lil Jon meanwhile comes out of hiding and links up with Kool-Aid Man to get in the Christmas spirit in the clip to “All I Really Want For Christmas.” Whose idea was this?!

It’s voting day and if you ain’t out here trying to make sure your voice is heard for the sake of our future than The Black Eyed Peas got a message for ya.
For the Instagram-themed clip to “Yes or No,” the BEPs use pop culture and social-politically driven images and videos to convince people to go out and vote whether they’re Republican or Democrat while we’re still a democracy.
Speaking of rounding up the troops, Sheck Wes mobilizes a rowdy group of his homies and fans and turn up in the streets of New York for the black-and-white visual to “Wanted.”

The Black Eyed Peas have really been going hard with their social-political content and their latest video continues to put a shine on today’s injustices and racial bias from law enforcement.
For BEP’s visual to “Get It” the Cali group demonstrates how law enforcement specifically target the Black and Hispanic community while Donald Trump enjoys watching White Supremacists and Trumpians who walk the streets freely. We seem close to living in Purge-ish times for real.
Speaking of which, Troy Ave landed himself a spot on the soundtrack to The First Purge and for his clip to “Uhohhh” he recreates the lawless atmosphere in which the film takes place.

The age of Trump has seen more than it’s fair share of politically charged Hip-Hop video in just it’s first year and the Black Eyes Peas have become the latest to join in on the movement.
In their black-and-white visual to “Street Livin’” the BEPs use imagery displaying the social injustices that have plagued the urban community for decades and only seems to be considered the norm by those in power.
Back in The Land Stalley is taking advantage of his success and politics in a stylish Porsche and rides through the night in his clip to “Squattin’.”
