Radee Prince, a man who was the main suspect in a multi-state shooting event that began at his workplace in Maryland on Wednesday (Oct. 18), was arrested in Delaware earlier this evening. Prince, 37, shot and killed a total of five people at his workplace that left some three people dead and a Delaware man wounded.
The Baltimore Sun reports:
State and federal authorities located Radee L. Prince, 37, late Wednesday in Delaware, the Harford sheriff’s office confirmed. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said the arrest occurred in Newark, Del., “without incident.”
Further details of his arrest were not immediately available.
Prince is believed to have shot five people about 9 a.m. Wednesday at a kitchen countertop company in an Edgewood business park where he had worked for the past four months, police said.
The five victims were all employees of the business, Advanced Granite Solutions. Prince also is alleged to have shot another person in Delaware later in the morning.
Prince was reportedly arrested this evening without incident. Reports say that Prince was a Delaware resident with an address in Maryland as well. Court records reveal that Prince had a history of arrests and encounters with law enforcement across Delaware and Maryland.

There was never any doubt in the minds of jurors that James Holmes was guilty as accused. The madman who killed twelve people and injured 70 others during the July 20, 2012 premiere of The Dark Knight Rises, attempted to plead insanity for his gun crazy actions but was still held accountable for first-degree murder on July 17 of this year.
After nearly a month-long of deliberation, the verdict has come down and unlike Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokar Tsarnaev, the jury has decided to spare Holmes his life and sentence him to life in prison.
Reports the Associated Press:
It took jurors only about 12 hours of deliberations to decide the first part — they rejected his insanity defense and found him guilty of 165 felony counts.
The defense then conceded his guilt, but insisted during the sentencing phase that his crimes were caused by the psychotic breakdown of a mentally ill young man, reducing his moral culpability and making a life sentence appropriate.
The jury’s final decision came after days of tearful testimony from relatives of the slain.
The case could have ended the same way more than two years ago, when Holmes offered to plead guilty if he could avoid the death penalty. Prosecutors rejected the offer. But the victims and the public might not have ever learned in detail what was behind the shootings had the plea deal been accepted.
The trial — featuring a journal where Holmes had secretly described his murderous plans — provided a rare look inside the mind of a mass shooter. Most are killed by police, kill themselves or plead guilty. By pleading insanity, he dropped his privacy rights and agreed to be examined by court-ordered psychiatrists. Holmes told one that he had been secretly obsessed with thoughts of killing since he was 10.
His parents testified that he seemed a normal, affectionate child who withdrew socially in adolescence and became fascinated with science but did not seem abnormal. Holmes studied neuroscience hoping to understand what was happening to his mind. But it was when he moved from San Diego to Colorado to attend graduate school that his meltdown accelerated.
Let’s just hope they make it hell on earth for him and he lives until he’s 89-years-old.

On Easter Sunday 2012, Nakwon Foxworth found himself in the center of a hostage situation where he eventually fired–and wounded–four police officers in Brooklyn.
Following his guilty verdict, a judge rejected all his self-defense arguments and sentenced him to a mind-blowing 110 years in prison, to which Foxworth met the revelation with a cheesy grin.
“I’ll be back,” Nakwon Foxworth said in Brooklyn Supreme Court after apologizing to members of his own family “for my absence” since he was arrested in April 2012 — but never uttering a word of condolence to the Emergency Service Unit cops he shot.
Foxworth, 36, was convicted at trial last month by a jury that did not buy his self-defense argument that he opened fire on cops in the Sheepshead Bay apartment where he was barricaded only after, he claimed, they shot at him first.
The incident happened April 8, 2012 — on Easter Sunday — after Foxworth began arguing with moving men over items blocking the building hallway. Foxworth, who had an arsenal in the apartment, briefly held his pregnant girlfriend and infant son while hostage negotiators tried to defuse the situation.
But the key piece of evidence, Assistant District Attorney Kenneth Taub pointed out, were text messages Foxworth sent during the standoff indicating he had no intention of returning to prison.
It should be noted that while a jury easily convicted Foxworth of shooting the officers, the polar opposite couldn’t be accomplished for Cleveland cop Michael Brelo’s shooting, especially when his aftermath looked like this.
